Most silicon solar PV cells decline in efficiency by 0.5% per °C. The normal PV panels heat up, and its operating electric power goes down as compared to peak electric power. PV cells inside LETG panels get cool by heat-transfer liquid, therefore peak electric power of LETG panels equals its operating electric power in distinction from normal solar PV panels.
